open the meeting URL on a computer with a Chrome browser that's up-to-date. Alternatively, you may open the link in the Riverside mobile app on your smartphone or iPad.
please get ready to click the link at least five minutes in advance of our meeting start—I want to make sure to give you the full time booked to record an interesting conversation!
We want to make sure the audio quality is brilliant so you sound great. Please do observe the following tips:
Be in a quiet, audio-friendly environment. Silence phone and laptop notifications.
Check internet stability. Ethernet cable is preferred over WiFi.
Use an external mic, if possible.
Use headphones to prevent echo.
Close all applications that don’t need to be open during the recording. This prevents CPU overload. Important: Please close all programs that try to use your mic/camera.
If you can't connect the mic/camera, make sure to give access to Chrome to use the mic/camera.
